• Tracking

Tracking is NOT standard in the UK. For those customers wanting tracking on their items, this is offered as an optional extra at checkout. There are two shipping options:

1/ Standard delivery - Untracked

2/ Tracked and signed - Offers Tacking for an additional fee.

I can not provide tracking details or add tracking to orders after they have been shipped. If you require tracking please make sure you select it at checkout

• Returns

Returns are welcome. Please see the RETURNS section to see our returns policy and details on how to return your order and complete the returns form.

• When will my order Arrive

Please keep in mind every singele item is hand crafted to order. At busy times production may take longer. Please take this into account, you are ordering a very individual item made especialy for you and this can take time.

Every location differs in shipping times. These times are set by the courier and not by us. If you are buying from outside the UK please keep in mind that items can be delayed by customs, these delays are beyoned our control.

Should you want to be able to track your item, please make sure you choose the upgraded shipping at checkout.

We cannot add tracking once your order had been made and dispatched. Sorry.

• What weight will the hooks hold?

All the items are made using the highest quality hardware and are made to be durable. However, due to external factors it is very hard to quantify exactly how much weight the hooks will hold. The reason for this is that it will depend on the type of wall you are fitting to (Masonary, Drywall/Plasterboard, Wood, Stone, studwork), each wall type will have different results.

• What size surfboard will the Surfboard holer take?

The straps will hold most shortboards and Mal’s. However, if you have a SUP or Large Longboard (especialy wide ones bigger that 23 inches / 58cm) then please contact me and I can arange a bespoke order for you.

As per the weigh limtations above, the weight of the board will be very secure in the holder however, this is only as good as the wall they are secured to and the compentence of the person fitting it.

• My order has not turned up yet what should I do?

Please ensure that you have correctly checked the delivery schedual detailed on the listing when you made the purchase. All locations are different and during busy times the estimated dates may change.

Check the shipping section of this buyer portal for standard shipping times for your area. Also when you placed the order you will have recived a confirmation email which contained estimated delivery dates.

If this timeframe has passed and your item has not arrived please click the link below to raise a missing order claim. This will then be opened with the courier and we will investigate the issue and if the item is lost will send out a replacement quickly.
